2023 Pinot Gris, Nelson Family Vineyard

We love Pinot Gris from Mendocino because of the spirited aromatics that are characteristic of grapes grown in that appellation. This wine opens with aromatics of fresh papaya, passionfruit and tropical notes. On the palate, flavors of ripe nectarine and passionfruit meld into a dry, yet fruity finish laced
with fresh kiwi fruit notes.

FOOD PAIRING:

This medium-bodied, complex varietal is delicious when served with grilled seafood and fresh vegetables. Simple meals, like fruit salads and smoked fish, are also a great accompaniment.
